Where is your colocation datacenter located?
Houston, TX USA - 12001 IH-45 North (Greenspoint Technology Center) at Beltway 8 and Interstate 45.  MAP IT!

How is payment handled for colocation services?
We accept credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) or debit/checking account.  We will automatically bill you on the anniversary date of your agreement of each month.

Am I in a rack by myself?
No.  Many Colocation companies will only sell you colocation space if you commit to a 1/4, 1/2 or full Rack with bandwidth.  We also offer this, but for "single server" or "less than a full rack" colocation, you will be sharing rack space with other companies.

What size or type of equipment is required?
You can have any size server as long as it fits in the rack. SKL charges you by 1U of space or 1.75" of vertical space at $50/U (for every U above the initial 1U).
If your machine is not rack-mountable, such as a tower server, you will need to supply us with a standard rack-mountable shelf or we can supply one and bill you for it.  The racks are standard 19" wide racks.

Do you offer technical support services on-site should there be a problem?
Yes.  SKL Services, Inc. can provide highly trained remote hands technicians to service your needs in the case of an emergency or if you are simply unable to get to the datacenter for whatever reason. Our Remote Hands service is available on an hourly basis at the rate stated above.
